Instead, time of day routing allows you to redirect calls to anywhere within your system depending on the time of day.
Whether that means routing calls to a connected cell during lunch hours so you never have to miss a call or directing clients to a custom after-hours IVR is up to you.
To set up your custom time schedule, simply visit your VoIP portal and set your specific time conditions as well as the extension in which you would like to redirect your calls.
While there, you can even preset specific holidays as well!
