Can I still access the internet from my devices when using my VoIP service?

Of course! Even when actively utilizing your VoIP lines, you’ll still have full access to everything your devices can provide, including uninterrupted access to the wonderful world wide web.

I would prefer not change my number for business purposes, can I transfer my existing phone number(s) to my new VoIP service?

Definitely! We understand that at times it is just not feasible to completely change your existing number(s), so we can help you transfer your current phone number(s) to your new account without a problem.

If my computer is off can I still utilize my VoIP service?

Yes! As long as you have additional devices connected to your service, such as your smartphone or tablet,  and an active broadband service, you can still utilize your full range of features even with a powered down computer.

My company has a few workers that telecommute from other areas, is it possible to provide them with a phone number local to my main area of operation?

Certainly! A wonderful aspect of VoIP is that no matter where you are in the world, you can access the services as if you were in the office. Local numbers associated with your preferred area can be assigned to any member of your team, regardless of where they work.

Will I need to purchase new hardware to access my VoIP service?

Nope! For the most part, you will be able to access the full range of services from a wide range of devices, including the smartphone in your pocket and a standard landline phone. Though, traditional phones may require an adapter to access your broadband service and, by extension, your VoIP service.

How long does it take to ship and receive provisioned phones?

Typically, if orders are placed before 2PM EST, we provision and ship them out the same day! We also use one day shipping, so most orders will arrive at your doorstep within 1-3 business days! Exceptions may apply when we do not have the desired model in stock. In which case an extra 1-2 days is needed to get it from the supplier. But even then, the order will be at your door step within 2-5 business days!
